Ojocion was born in San Diego and has live in San Francisco since 1974. She thinks perhaps this is her second or third incarnation spent in this city. In this incarnation she also lived for a year in England. Mike was born and raised in Los Angeles. He has lived in San Francisco since about 1998.
Ojocion and Mike met at a spa where they both worked as massage therapists. They have been a couple for the past four years.
Ojocion is legally blind, but can see somewhat with corrective lenses. Mike is blind and hard of hearing. Both were born with ordinary sight.
